New Students
My goal is to make each lesson a fun, learning experience and I work with each student to develop a curriculum best suited to their needs and abilities.
The studio features a Baldwin Acoustic Piano, a Roland Digital Piano and a 6-foot-1 Yamaha Grand Piano. The studio offers recording capabilities and an extensive lending library. Lessons are either 30 or 45 minutes in length. Tuition is paid monthly and due the first week of each month. Lessons follow the school calendar year and run from September to June. Day (ideal for adults or home-schooled children), after school and evening lessons are available. I am pleased to teach the Northern Lights Canadian National Conservatory of Music curriculum. It offers a holistic approach to music study, new ideas for examinations and a strong focus on Canadian composers. Theory and games are incorporated into the lessons. Transfer students working through the Royal Conservatory of Music or Conservatory Canada curriculum may continue to do so, as I have experience teaching through those schools as well. |
